Every Mom Community Guidelines

At Every Mom, we are dedicated to creating a truly inclusive, values-driven space where all moms can connect, feel seen, and belong, without judgment. We know that not every space is welcoming to every mom, but here, we make sure that respect, inclusivity, and real connection come first.

These community guidelines help us uphold that mission, ensuring that Every Mom remains a safe, uplifting, and supportive place for all.

What We Stand For

1. Respect & Kindness First

  • We don’t have to agree on everything, but we do agree on this: kindness, respect, and support come first.

  • Every mom deserves to feel valued, seen, and safe in this space.

  • Listen with an open heart, speak with empathy, and assume good intentions.

2. A Space That Celebrates Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

  • Every Mom is proudly anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and fully inclusive of trans moms and non-binary parents.

  • We celebrate and respect all backgrounds, faiths (or none), sexual orientations, gender identities, abilities, immigration statuses, and family structures.

  • We actively stand against discrimination, exclusion, and harmful behavior, including transphobia and gender-based discrimination.

3. Open-Minded & Growth-Oriented

  • No one has all the answers. We listen, learn, and evolve together.

  • This is a space for curiosity, humility, and thoughtful discussion, not preaching or proving others wrong.

  • If you’re open to new perspectives and committed to treating others with respect, you’ll fit right in.

4. No Mom-Shaming, Ever

  • There’s no “one right way” to parent.

  • Whether you breastfeed or bottle-feed, co-sleep or sleep-train, work or stay home, your choices are yours, and they are respected here.

  • We support without judgment and lift each other up.

5. Real Talk, Not Harmful Debates

  • Honest conversations are welcome.

  • Bigotry, discrimination, transphobia, or attacks on another mom’s worth are not tolerated.

  • We draw the line at conversations that undermine another person’s rights, identity, or safety.

6. Privacy & Safety Matter

  • What’s shared in Every Mom, stays in Every Mom.

  • No screenshots, sharing personal information, or discussing private conversations outside of this space.

  • If you ever feel unsafe or see behavior that goes against our values, please notify an admin immediately.

7. No Promotions or Soliciting

  • This is a community, not a marketplace, no business promotions, sales, or unsolicited DMs.

  • If you have a resource or opportunity to share, please check with an admin first.

Accountability

At Every Mom, we do not tolerate behavior that goes against these values.

  • If you violate these guidelines, you will be given a warning.

  • Repeated or serious violations will result in removal from the group.

  • We reserve the right to remove anyone who does not align with our mission of inclusivity, kindness, and respect.

  • Refunds are not given if you are removed from the group due to a violation of these guidelines.

This is a space built on trust, and we are committed to keeping it safe, welcoming, and uplifting for all.
